Molding Chokes are casted through embedding the winding coils in the metallic magnetic powder. Molding Chokes are SMD components, with leads directly connected to the coils and formed on the surface of the base. With fully enclosed structures, molding chokes feature high performance in magnetic shielding and EMI/EMC stability.
